NOW 75 cd

I recently bought the NOW 75 cd but when I play it on my PC with Windows Media Player it plays and displays and whats more RIPS the songs from NOW 63 ( this dosent happen with ITunes when I tried it on there) even more mysteriously when sync'd to my mp3 it plays the correct music but still displays the NOW 63 playlists. Why can this be happening?[size=18][/size]

That's annoying how that can happen! Sometimes Windows Media Player does display the correct tracklisting for a NOW album and sometimes it doesn't. You can try to search for the album information online using Windows Media or if that doesn't work then you'll just have to type in the the information yourself.

Thanks Shami but i have the album info as I have the album. What I want to do is quite simple like syncing the NOW75 album to my MP3 player which I can do but with the wrong playlist of songs ie: NOW63 playlist confusing aint it!

thats what happens to me it gives now 73 tracklist with now 71 artists and stuff like that its so annoying

Thanks for your replies and feel little bit better that someone else has experienced same problem but now have to think of way to get the correct tracklist and corresponding recorded songs onto my mp3. Does anyone have any ideas?

It doesn't matter if you just rename the songs which are displayed on WMP - you need to rip them from the CD after making sure the titles are correct as that's what will be used as the filename. For example if you rip track 1 on Now 75 it will be stored on your PC as something like C:User/Music/Now75CD1/01LadyGaga_Bad Romance.wma That's where your MP3 player will take it's info from.

Changing the title only solved half the problem as both the titles and names were from the earlier album but got the problem solved in the end by ripping the album (75) on ITunes which it did perfectly and then it was saved to WMP where I was able to sync to my mp3.hope this info is useful to anyone else with same problem and thanks for help.

I am not sure how it works on windows media player. I think maybe the track lists for songs are user submitted? I When I click get CD info, I have many options to choose from (there are alot of duplicate now 75s track list to choose from), so I think its what users submit to a database? Smile
